  2. SP/AP is the selling-price to asking-price ratio. Numbers greater than 100% indicate there were multiple offers. When the associated DOM is low, it suggests the unit might have been underpriced.

  4. These sold prices have been adjusted for seller credits to the buyer.
  5. The $431,101 price was from an escalation addendum obviously not filled out with round numbers. That is the best way to win. However, 90% of escalation addenda do use round numbers: A little-known detail that matters.
